At Fragrances by AK, we are committed to providing high-quality perfumes and ensuring that every order reaches you in perfect condition. All products are carefully packed and inspected before shipping.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you under the following terms:

🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from start to finish (without cuts)
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: Up to 5 business days
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 5 business days after dispatch

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Record a clear, continuous unboxing video before opening the inner packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

💸 Refunds or Replacements

Once your claim is approved, you can choose:

  • Replacement (subject to product availability), or
  • Refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days

❌ No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Claims made without a valid unboxing video
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling
  • Minor differences in fragrance perception (as scent preference is subjective)
